Overview
Peakfit ("we"/"us") collects only the minimum personal data needed to deliver our fitness and nutrition features. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any user data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and data.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email, password (hashed).
- Optional newsletter signup: your email may be stored in our newsletter list if you opt in during registration. You can unsubscribe anytime.
- App data you create: workouts, templates, meals, measurements, and related metadata.
- Security data (if enabled): last login time and IP address for account safety and fraud prevention.
Third‑party sign‑in (Google)
If you sign in with Google, we receive from Google your basic profile information that you approve during sign‑in (typically name and email, and optionally avatar). We do not receive your Google password. We store the minimal identifiers needed to keep your session and your account linked to Google. You can disconnect by contacting support or deleting your account.

- Secure your account and detect suspicious activity (e.g., unusual login locations).
- Send optional product updates and tips when you subscribe to the newsletter.
- Send service‑related announcements and important updates about the website/app (e.g., changes to features, security notices, or policy updates).
- Improve the product and support users.
Newsletter
At registration, a pre-checked box allows you to subscribe to our newsletter. If left checked, we store your email in our newsletter list. You can opt out at any time via unsubscribe links or by contacting support.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share minimal data with service providers strictly to operate the app (e.g., email delivery), under data protection agreements.
Data retention
We retain account data while your account is active. Optional security data (e.g., last login IP) is kept for a limited time for safety. You may request deletion of your account data; some records may be retained where legally required.
Your choices
- Access, update, or delete your account data from your profile or by contacting support.
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
- Disable non-essential communications.
